BVA began rapping in 2003 debuting on The 3 Amigos hip hop album Lost But Not Forgotten after meeting Naive (producer) when performing a show with MC Leaf Dog. Since then he has been performing shows all over europe with leaf supporting acts such as The Original Sugar Hill Gang, Raekwon, RA the rugged man and many more. On 25th February 2011 he released an EP entitled 'BVA MC - EP' with production from Naive and Pete Cannon and features Leaf Dog which was brought out independantly on Bva and Leaf Dog's record label RLD Records. During the EP release period whilst Leaf Dog was filming videos for his solo album coming later that year the Four Owls was born, written, recorded and boxed off in 3 weeks. Later that year in December 2011 High Focus records released 'Natures Greatest Mystery' by The Four Owls, comprising of Fliptrix, Verb T, Leaf Dog and Bva with entirely Leaf Dog production. Cementing his position as one to watch even further, BVA re emerged in 2013 as one third of underground kingpins the Brothers Of The Stone who’s self titled album was shortlisted as one of Wordplay Magazine’s albums of the year! Not only has BVA performed live all over the UK and Europe including big appearances at Glastonbury Festival, Boomtown Fair and the Outlook Festival’s main stage, but he has also collaborated with an impressive array of US Hip Hop legends such as Krs-One, Vinnie Paz, Sadat X and Reef The Lost Cauze, further emphasizing the extent to which BVA is the man with the golden touch.
